"Madeline did a wonderful job. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures for the listing, and the photographs looked even better than then house did in person. She arranged a day for the agents to see the house. The house was on the market for 15 days. I wish I had listed with Madeline the first time, I will not make that mistake again."

"Getting to closing can be challenging. Madeline was gentle yet firm if that makes any sense. Just could not have done it without her expert guidance. Some real estate agents just want to send you to the MLS listings and figure it out yourself. Not Madeline. Can't say enough good about working with her. Have recommended her to friends (most of which found out the hard way by working first with a bad agent how much better it is when you have the right agent)."

We first connected with Madeline when my husband was being told he couldn't find what he wanted at a certain price for our first ITP condo. Madeline found exactly what he needed and it was such an easy experience working with her!
